For your Information:

Reservations: Our scheduling is designed to allow the time required to complete your spa service. We respectfully ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your service to prepare for your spa experience. Every effort will be made to accommodate late arrivals, though we regret full service time may not be possible.

Scheduling: Our spa is popular with many clients. To ensure your choice of date and time, we recommend scheduling your next appointment before leaving. Spa packages and multiple services should be scheduled 4-6 weeks in advance. Spa party guests should arrive 30 minutes prior to your service.

Spa Etiquette: For the peace and quiet of our guests, we respectfully ask that cell phones and pagers be silenced when entering the spa and salon.

Privacy: Your privacy will always be respected by our highly trained professionals. Please disrobe to your comfort level and know with complete confidence that throughout spa services your body will be fully draped with the exception of those areas being treated.

Amenities: A complimentary foot soak and AVEDA sensory journey are included in all full body services for a customized aromatherapy experience. Enhance your spa experience by relaxing in our Tranquility Room with complimentary refreshments before and after your services. Spa lunch/dinner can be arranged during your visit for an added charge. For your comfort and convenience, lockers with changing rooms are provided and a private rain shower with amenities is available for your use. We recommend reserving shower time when scheduling your service(s).

Cancellation Policy: Because our services are reserved especially for you, as a courtesy to our clients and our staff of professionals, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice for any single service and a 48-hour cancellation notice for multiple services or spa packages. Please have available a major credit card or Gift Certificate number to secure you reservation. Late cancellations will incur a 50% charge of reserved services or redeemable Gift Certificates value. NO-SHOW appointments will incur a full value charge of reserved services or redeemable Gift Certificate value.

Children: For the comfort and serenity of all our guests we respectfully ask that children under the age of 12 be left in the care of a loving adult. Thank you for your consideration. Children under the age of 10 may wish to visit our Lil’ Divas & Dudes KidSpa, Salon, Parties & Boutique directly next door.

Gratuities: Are appreciated and are not included in service prices. An 18% gratuity will be added to groups of 4 or more, spa/salon parties, and special events.

Gift Certificates: Serenity Gift Certificates are available in any dollar amount in-store OR can be printed-off online INSTANTLY from the comfort of your home or office. Gift certificates are good toward spa/salon services and products for one year from date of purchase, with the exception of gratuities, spa parties and special events. Gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and are non-refundable. Any balance will not be refunded in cash.
